Terms

We provide laundry, pressing, pickup and delivery services in the areas listed on this site.

Prices shown are per piece in UAE dirhams and include VAT where applicable.

Monthly subscriptions are paid at the first pickup and cover one pickup and one delivery each week for four weeks.

We take reasonable care of garments. Where damage occurs, liability is limited to the service value of the affected item unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Privacy

We collect your name, phone number and address for the sole purpose of fulfilling and communicating about your order.

We do not store card details on our servers; payments are processed directly by our payment provider.

We use WhatsApp to send order updates. You can ask us to stop at any time.

To request deletion of your data, contact us on the number below.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with a wash or press, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will redo the item at no charge.

Where an item is lost or damaged, we compensate you under the liability clause in the terms.

A subscription can be cancelled before the first pickup for a full refund; once service has begun, weeks already used are deducted.
