Terms

We provide laundry, pressing, pickup and delivery services in the areas listed on this site.

Prices shown are per piece in UAE dirhams and include VAT where applicable.

Monthly subscriptions are paid at the first pickup and cover one pickup and one delivery each week for four weeks.

We take reasonable care of garments. Where damage occurs, liability is limited to the service value of the affected item unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Privacy

We collect your name, phone number and address for the sole purpose of fulfilling and communicating about your order.

We collect no payment details at all. Nothing is charged through this website; you settle directly with Sallah on pickup or delivery.

Your order is sent to Sallah through WhatsApp from your own device, so it never passes through our servers. We also use WhatsApp for order updates; you can ask us to stop at any time.

The coverage map on the home page is a Google Maps embed, so Google receives your IP address when it loads. No Google script runs on this site, and the map is not told which page you are reading.

To request deletion of your data, contact us on the number below.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with a wash or press, contact Sallah as soon as you can and a remedy will be agreed. (The exact window and terms are pending owner sign-off.)

Where an item is lost or damaged, we compensate you under the liability clause in the terms.

A subscription can be cancelled before the first pickup for a full refund; once service has begun, weeks already used are deducted.
